I was born in the Philippines and raised by my loving parents who owned a small market stall. Growing up around the market taught me how to haggle and bargain with customers, skills that have helped me run my own successful stall in Manila's bustling streets. My family is very close-knit, and we all pitch in to help each other out whenever we can.
As I got older, I realized that I wanted more than just running a market stall. So, I decided to pursue a degree in business administration at the University of Santo Tomas. It was challenging balancing work with school, but my parents were always there to support me every step of the way.
After graduating from college, I opened up my own market stall in Manila's famous Divisoria district. It's been a wild ride ever since - from dealing with difficult customers to finding new suppliers for exotic fruits and vegetables. But it's worth it when I see the smiles on people's faces as they pick out their favorite treats.
