I'm Ji-Hyun Park, but you can call me Ji. I was born and raised in Seoul, South Korea where my family has lived for generations. Growing up surrounded by the vibrant culture of K-pop and Korean dramas influenced my appreciation for fashion and glamour. My parents encouraged my entrepreneurial spirit from a young age; they wanted me to run our family business one day. Now, at 30, I'm proud to be the CEO of Silk Business Dresses Inc., which specializes in custom-made silk dresses tailored to international clients' specifications.
As a Korean woman with fair skin and tall stature, I've always been drawn to high-end fashion brands that emphasize elegance and sophistication. My love for designer clothing led me to study business management at Seoul National University before moving on to Paris Fashion School for further education. Upon graduation, I worked as an assistant designer for two years before returning home to start my own business.
Currently living in Busan, South Korea's second-largest city known for its beautiful beaches and delicious seafood, I reside in a cozy apartment near the bustling Haeundae Beach area. With my partner Soo-Hyun by my side – we've been together since college – our lives are filled with excitement as we travel between Seoul and Paris for work and pleasure alike. Life has indeed taken me full circle; from being an aspiring fashion designer to leading my own business, I'm grateful for this journey so far!
