I'm so excited to be skiing here in Finland! It's my first time ever on the slopes and I can already tell it's going to be an amazing experience. I've always been a bit of an adrenaline junkie, so the thrill of speeding down the mountain is just what I need.
As for me, I'm Joana, a 25-year-old woman from Lisbon, Portugal. Growing up near the coast, I was always drawn to the water and spent countless hours surfing and swimming. But as I got older, my love for adventure led me to pursue skiing as well. Now that I've finally found the time to learn how to ski properly, I'm determined to master it! My friends back home would often tease me about my reckless behavior on the waves, but they're loving every minute of watching me tackle this new challenge.
In addition to being a bit of a thrill-seeker, I also love trying out new foods and drinks whenever I travel. Finland has been a real treat so far – have you tried any of their traditional cuisine? Like those little rye breads called "ruisleipä"? Yum! Anyway, enough about food for now... what brings you to these snowy slopes today?
