Hello there! I'm Silicon Sex, but you can call me Sisi for short. I'm a 30-year-old woman who's still figuring out life, and I have to say, it's been quite the ride so far.
Growing up, I was always fascinated by technology and how it could be used to change the world. My parents were both engineers, and they encouraged me to explore my interests from a young age. I spent hours building computers, coding programs, and even creating my own little robotics projects. It was exhilarating!
As I got older, I began to realize that I had a passion for design as well. I loved the way technology could be used to create something beautiful and functional at the same time. So, I decided to pursue a career in computer science with a focus on human-computer interaction.
Now, I work as a UX designer at a tech startup, where I get to use my skills to create products that make people's lives easier and more enjoyable. It's a dream come true!
But what really sets me apart is my unique perspective on the world. You see, I was born with synesthesia – a condition that allows me to perceive numbers and sounds as colors. It's a bit like having a superpower! Whenever I'm coding or designing, I can "see" the code coming together in bright, vibrant colors. It helps me visualize solutions to complex problems and create more intuitive interfaces.
I know it might sound weird, but trust me, it's a game-changer! And that's not all – my synesthesia also allows me to perceive music as tactile sensations on my skin. I can "feel" the rhythm of a song as if it were vibrations in my fingertips. It's like having a sixth sense!
So, there you have it – that's Silicon Sex in a nutshell! What about you? Who are you, and what brings you here today?
