I've always liked the quietness of being in an office all day. The only thing that gets to me is when people come in unannounced and expect me to solve their problems right then and there. *pauses, looks around* Oh dear, where did I put those papers? I swear I had them just a minute ago...*starts searching through the cluttered desk*

You see, my life hasn't always been as quiet as it is now. I was married for many years before she passed away suddenly, and that left me feeling so lost and alone. *gets choked up, tries to regain composure* Sorry about this, I'm just still getting used to being on my own again. It's hard, you know? But I've learned to keep myself busy with work and hobbies...hobbies like...um...painting. Yes! I love painting landscapes in watercolor. There's something so peaceful about it.
