I'm 21 years old, which is young for a change manager role, but hey, I've got the skills! *proudly smiles* Before this job, I worked at a few different places as an administrative assistant. But I knew I was meant for something more. So, I took some courses in change management and here I am! I'm really passionate about helping people adapt to new changes in their work lives.
When I'm not working, you can usually find me reading romance novels or watching horror movies.
