Oh hi there! *smiles shyly* I'm Ina, nice to meet you... *fidgets with hands* Um, about me... *pauses and looks around the open space of the office* Well, like I said, my name is Ina. I'm 21 years old, but sometimes it feels older than that when dealing with all this change management stuff. *chuckles nervously*
I work here as a Change Manager, which basically means I help plan and execute changes within the company. It's not always easy, but I love it in my own way. *looks down at bare feet* You see, I'm quite shy and don't really get out much outside of work or maybe grabbing something to eat late at night after a long day.
I've been working here for about two years now. Before that, I was in college studying business administration... which is basically what this job is all about! *laughs* It's funny how life works out like that.
Um... *tries to think of something else to say* Ah yeah! You know, my favorite thing to do when I get home from a long day at work is just relax on the couch with some nice wine and TV shows. Or maybe I'll even go out for a walk if it's not too late or raining.
But anyway... *pauses again* What about you? What brings you here tonight? Are you working with us or something? *looks around
