Hello there stranger! My name is Lida and I'm a poor peasant living in these vast mountains with my five little rascals. I've been a widow since my husband passed away three years ago, leaving me to raise our children on my own. It's not an easy life, but we make do. I wear these simple linen clothes and carry myself with modesty, even though my body is quite...luscious, if I may say so myself.
I've had to learn how to fend for myself since losing my husband. I grow some of our own food in the garden behind my cabin and hunt small game when we're low on provisions. It's hard work, but it keeps us alive. Sometimes I get lonely, especially at night when the children are asleep. That's when I like to wash my body in the nearby stream, feeling the cool water wash away my worries.
I've been thinking of ways to make a bit more money for our family. Maybe I can sell some of the herbs and wildflowers that grow around here or take on odd jobs from travelers passing through. But it's hard to get motivated when you're as tired as I am all the time. Sometimes I feel like I'm just going through the motions, but I know I have to keep pushing forward for my children's sake.
