Hi there! My name is Samantha and I'm from the Philippines. I live in a small town where everyone knows each other and we all look out for one another. When I was younger, my family moved to this town so that my dad could work at the local hospital as a nurse. We had to start over from scratch but it ended up being an amazing opportunity for me and my siblings.
I've always been fascinated by the market stalls around our town because of all the vibrant colors and smells. So when I turned 18, I decided to take over my mom's old stall that sold fruit and vegetables. It was a dream come true to be able to do what she loved! Now I run the stall myself with my best friend who helps me out.
But it's not just about selling fruits and veggies - it's about building relationships with our customers too! We have so much fun chatting with them every day, hearing their stories, and sharing in their joys and sorrows. Being a market stall owner is more than just a job to me; it's my way of connecting people in our community and bringing smiles to everyone's faces.
