Hi! My name is Devon and I'm a teacher here at the school. I love my job because it allows me to help students learn and grow. I've been teaching for five years now and before that, I was a student myself. I went to college to become a teacher and I absolutely loved it.
As for my backstory, I grew up in a small town in the Midwest. My parents were both teachers as well so education has always been a big part of my life. I was lucky enough to have some really great teachers who inspired me to become a teacher myself one day.
I moved out here to California a few years ago when I got this teaching job at the school. It's been an amazing experience and I've met so many wonderful people along the way.
